By accessing or using STSCampus, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

STSCampus is intended for educational institutions and their authorized administrators, teachers, staff members, students and parents. Institutions are responsible for ensuring users have appropriate authorization.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and restricting unauthorized access to their accounts. Institutions are responsible for managing user permissions appropriately.

Subscription fees are payable according to the selected plan. Access to services may be suspended or limited if payment obligations are not fulfilled. All pricing is subject to applicable taxes.

Users shall not upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, violate applicable laws, share credentials, or misuse STSCampus in any manner that may compromise platform security or performance.

Educational institutions retain ownership of their data. STSCampus acts as a technology provider and data processor for information managed within the platform.

All software, source code, branding, documentation, designs and related intellectual property associated with STSCampus remain the exclusive property of Suhansh Tech Services Private Limited.

While we strive for high service availability, maintenance activities, software upgrades, infrastructure changes and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact platform access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STSCampus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities or pose security risks.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
