Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for STSCampus subscriptions and related services provided by Suhansh Tech Services Private Limited.

STSCampus operates on a subscription-based pricing model. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and agreed commercial terms.

Subscription fees, setup charges, onboarding fees, implementation services, custom development work, integrations and training services are generally non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional situations such as duplicate payments, billing errors or technical issues that prevent service activation and cannot be reasonably resolved.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Institutions must provide sufficient details regarding the issue, payment reference and supporting documentation.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days depending on the payment method, banking institution and payment gateway provider.

Institutions may cancel future renewals by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of previously paid fees.

Any custom development, integrations, data migration services or institution-specific implementation work are non-refundable due to the resources and effort involved.
